WG Enterprises (WGE) dba Wantsumeaux Gumbeaux ships orders via USPS either First Class mail or Priority Shipping and all of our orders receive a USPS tracking number.
If the tracking shows an order has been delivered, WGE will not refund.
Customers are responsible for resolving delivery issues with USPS.
If an item is not recoverable, WGE will not provide a refund, but will replace the unrecovered order.
If a customer needs an order quickly, contact WGE for expedited shipping at an additional cost.
At this time we do not offer International shipping.
