With Wantsumeaux Etouffee Mix, you will end up with four servings of Etouffee, ready to serve over rice, riced cauliflower, Quinoa, or your grain of choice, in about 40 minutes. Just add water and your preferred seafood. Crawfish Etouffee is the traditional dish, but shrimp is also common.
Inside each package of Wantsumeaux Etouffee Mix are three smaller packs: (1) with veggies, (1) with our unique, dry roux mix, and (1) with WG Seasoning. We keep the seasoning separate so you can add as much or as little as you prefer to make your Etouffee as mild or as spicy as you like it. And no one will know it’s gluten-free… unless you tell them. It’s just that good!

I haven’t been a great fan of Etoufee, however, Wantsumeaux Etoufee was spectacularly delicious!!!! It was so easy and quick and the outcome was delightful.
I’ll definitely be making Christmas baskets with this included. Now I can hardly wait to try the other products!

I’ve never tried to cook etouffee before because I’ve always been too intimidated. It has a certain balance of spices that’s easy to mess up if you don’t know what you’re doing. Wantsumeaux Gumbeaux nailed it!
I can’t believe the rich flavor that seeming magically jumped in my pot. Not to mention how easy it was. From start to finish only 26 minutes. I had to message WG because it seemed too easy and I thought I missed something. My neighbor born and raised in Louisiana said “oooweee! That’s a good etouffee!”
I’ve already ordered more for some out of state friends to try.

Very well balanced with full bag of spices. The consistency was just right using specified amounts of liquid. Roux has nice dark color. The powdered roux is genius, and combination package makes a delicious quick meal. Took longer to peel shrimp and make rice than create etouffee.
